library and inn...


beautifully preserved old buildings in the main street of Queenscliff...
The Queenscliff Inn was originally known as Olinda’s.
It was built in 1902 - the Edwardian period.
Originally it was built as a guest house for holiday makers
who travelled from Melbourne on paddle steamers.
Queenscliff Library opened in 1890.
